Abstract
The natural vegetation of the farm Bankfontein was ecologicaly investigated. Three terrestrial and three aquatic/semi-aquatic vegetation units were identified. These units were named and described. The study was carried out according to the guidelines provided by the "Aide-Mémoire”, obtainable from the Department of Mineral and Energy Affairs.
