Abstract
Die tegnologiese rewolusie wat ons vandag beleef, is nie uniek aan enige bedryfsektor nie. Dit raak elke sektor. Wat meer verstommend is, is die snelle pas waarteen verandering en innovasie plaasvind, of waarteen nuwe produkte in die mark geplaas word. Die rekenaareeu is met ons en het ongekende, nuwe dimensies tot die mens se skeppende vermoe toegevoeg.
